Rosario worked with the Democrat National Committee to organize Miami's 1998 Democratic Congressional Campaign fundraiser with special guest President William J. Clinton.  Hosted by Sylvester Stallone at his opulent home in Coconut Grove, Rosario gives the President a tour of the house.
