Doug Brown joins the firm as Business Development Director after founding and serving as President of Haines & Brown, Inc. for 18 years , a cost reduction and management consulting firm to governmental agencies, major companies in the healthcare, travel and construction industries. .Doug is originally from Pennsylvania. He is a Political Sciences and Public Affairs graduate of the University of Miami and has 30 years of business management and leadership experience. Christine Morales joins Rosario Kennedy & Associates with 11 years of responsible government experience. She most recently held the position of City of Miami Building Assistant Director, where, among her achievements, she became one of the City of Miami’s first and few LEED Accredited Professionals. Acclaimed for her work as the Wynwood/Edgewater, as well as Upper Eastside, NET (Neighborhood Enhancement Team) Administrator, she honed her community outreach skills while serving as NET Assistant Director. Christine is fluent in English, Spanish and French and has particular community expertise focused on art and entertainment related ventures, community outreach, sustainable products/projects and habitat restoration/urban farming.
